I guess planned. Dad was in the military and overseas a lot of the time. I guess he came home on leave :)

I know the first time he saw me I was 9 months, and the next time he came home (for good) I was almost two.
I learned - many years later - that there was a baby lost some time after that, and my little brother was born when I was seven.
