They had put down a couple of the big sticky traps with some peanut butter as bait. Whatever it is, just walks across them like nothing, eats the bait and moves away.

Now we have these 7 inch long monster traps all over the office. One is in my office. Every morning, I slowly open the door half expecting a rat the size of a small cat in my office
