could be either, really. i don't explicitly trust fedex either (they've screwed up a few things for me over the years).

it's more likely her, as she's clearly overwhelmed, but i'm not quite 100% ready to say that for sure.

  - perhaps she didn't call fedex to schedule a pickup (which she can easily do). She won't even need to drive to fedex herself. - Diva Jul 27, 06:48
