she was great, she got someone at the local depot to go and find it while i stayed on hold (they couldn't, but they called me back when they did).

she changed the contact number to my cell instead of the shipper's number in case any other delays occur, so i can handle it instead. she put all sorts of notes on the file.
she was pretty great.
