A couple of times a day, e-mails come in from 'Nancy Pelosi' or 'Donna Brazille' or 'Al Gore' or 'James Carville' with a subject line meant to inspire both outrage and/or intrigue: 'nightmare' 'disaster' 'hammered' 'all-out panic mode'

I want off the list, but fear letting them know my e-mail account is actively monitored.
