honestly, i was explaining a current auditing standard

and he just totally disagree with the standard (to the point we are having another round of him ignoring what the standard says and yelling at me to do it his way).
other than that, i have no effing clue.
and by new standard, i mean its 5+ yrs old now. and he still has no idea what it says.
