USPS Express $21.30 (!)
UPS Ground $9.17
UPS Second Day Air $15.47
UPS Next Day Air $40.52

I have no idea why the USPS charge is be so insane. I mean, the cards don't weigh that much, I know many of them would be in hard toploaders but it seems super weird for it to be such a ridiculous shipping cost. I'm not sure why USPS Priority isn't an option.
