In response to "Cholesterol and blood vessel inflammation? -- (link)" by Dr.Vermin

the scientific basis has been known for many years, but the medical establishment push low fat food so hard, that it has become ingrained in society.

But low fat food means high sugar food, and high sugar food really does raise cholesterol.

The implication is that we as a society need to rethink what constitutes "healthy" food.
