That hasn't happened here. It didn't happen where I lived in Tennessee. It didn't happen when I lived in Seattle.

My number one priority when shopping is the lowest price for like goods. If Mom and Pop can't keep up and charge 30-40% more, I'm not going to go spend more of my hard earned money just to prove some kind of point. Business, just like any other entity has to evolve to survive. If Mom and Pop don't want to evolve, then their failure is deserved, imo.
