I'm confused on the Amazon Cloud Player "upgrade"

I got the e-mail last night. It sounds like you can continue to listen to anything you uploaded prior to yesterday in Cloud Drive for free but you can't upload any more.

But if you choose Cloud Player, you get bumped to 256kbps and it automagically adds anything from your computer not already uploaded. But that costs $25/yr and has an iOS app.

Is that correct? I'm probably going to go for Cloud Player in this scenario.

Basically they're doing "iTunes Match" and separating the Cloud Drive and Cloud Player products - oblique Aug 1, 07:53
