no, it just means if you have a say google phone, and you want to share your 4g data with another device, verizon cannot
|
make you pay them $20 a month to do that. if there is a google app (there is already) to do that, then you can use it for free.
though it doesnt change your data limits (and all the tethering data goes against that limit)
