In my case, it's not like, burned out brake light or a wear and tear issue. It's a popped tire. I mean, they knew it happened

and rang me to let me know. I expected the car would be returned fixed. It was not. No mention has been made of reimbursement.

I'm not comfortable saying, "you broke it, you have to pay for it." Maybe people just aren't like me; they don't think it's their responsibility.

So I'm done.
