So I presume there are a lot of rules, at least operationally, to make CFA feel like CFA everywhere.

Whether that extends to cultural feel within the franchises I can't say. Knowing that money flows back to Dan Cathy which then flows to NOM and the like has what has kept me (quietly) away since last year.
