Talia has been planning Bruce's fall since before she met him. Working in concert with Bane to do so.

She was instrumental in getting Wayne Enterprises to develope the fusion reactor power source so that she and Bane could steal it and use it to threaten Gotham (what? A nuke wouldn't have been easier to steal?).

So she's known Bruce a looong time. And in all that time of knowing Bruce and planning with Bane to take over the stock market and make fake trades to destroy Bruce's wealth she never once thought to get his fingerprints to execute the trade with?

They had to rely on a last minute cut-out in Catwoman to secure the linchpin to their plan? Really?
