That last paragraph is exactly why I hated betting on football. I love the game and worrying about point spreads and being happy when a team lost by

less than the spread or feeling terrible because my team didn't win by enough nearly ruined the game for me.
Now I only look at the lines to see if the game is expected to be tight. No one enjoys watching blowouts unless you are betting on the score.
