I didn't even bother calling the first company back.

Called after I was late concerned about the interest rate going up. Was told it would not, but it did. Called again, was told I would have to speak to an account representative and they were only available during business hours. Meant to call today but never got a chance because it was a busy day. Instead of waiting again I just did the transfer. I never got the chance to talk to someone and threaten to do it. I just did it.
