did you include all your personal property taxes (condo, car, etc)?
did you see if you have enough medical/drug costs to add to your itemized deductions ( most elective stuff counts, such as lasik).
do you need to review the number of with-holdings you claim, so that you get more per month, and a lower federal refund?
what about charitable deductions?
what about unreimbursed business expenses (miles, training you paid for, licensure costs)?
