I think for the first time we now have definitive proof of how far off the deep end Walt has gone. He's now downright psychotic, and that's what the office bug-planting scene was about, as well as his performance with Jr. There's very little of Walt left, and Heisenberg has taken up shop.
Just wait--I think it'll be revealed that Todd was on orders from Walt.
