I only just now heard of a company that takes delivery of products to ship them up here to AK.

I think they mostly do large and bulk items for businesses... but yeah, there are still LOTS of American companies that simply refuse to ship up here and many more that charge ridiculous amounts. So, ship to this company and they put it on a barge and it rides up here.
