Major pet peeve for me too - especially as we don't have any "set" number for sick days. The worst (sorry ST parents) is coming up when kids go back

To school and the germ festival begins! Parents won't keep their kids home from school &/or day care when they should - so YAY! Everyone gets to be infected with whatever the latest bug is that's goIng around.
I can sometimes dodge stuff well - but not when it comes to the office :(
