All the overtime I did today, I get to use it some other day, and not time and one half, just regular hours. But you know what, I'd rather have a normal schedule rather then work 18 hours a day to get a random wednesday off

Oh, and when exactly am I supposed to use those hours in my bank if I always work like a maniac?!
