Brazil is a close ally as is Venezuala. China buys almost all the oil they produce and they also have close ties to Russia and Iran.

Plus Argentina is waiting for another shot at the Fauklands I'd bet.

I rate the chances of this happening at less than 1%, but still interesting to look at what "could" happen.
