it should give you what you need to know.
We have a digital, and have never had a big issue with variance.

because, if you recall, my 2 big time diets were done with doctor supervision.

The scale we have now is giving me big variances on the same surface. I'm thinking it's time to replace.

like I said the other day, mine has something loose inside it. depending on the position of the thing, the result varies widely.
