or really under the same circumstances. your weight can vary by several pounds over the course of a day, so weighing yourself first thing in the morning one day, and right before you go to bed the next can be misleading.

My current scale is definitely off, though. I just weighed 2 3-lb weights. I got weights of 5.8-6.2.
