he doesn't project as much charisma and physical ability as Matt Damon did in the role. Maybe that is more the fault of the story he was given to work with.
Where was the action? The hand to hand fight scenes? There wasn't too much action at all until the end (which was a good chase). Mostly it was us looking at a screen where people were looking at multiple screens.
But Rachel Weisz was there so at least it had that going for it.
