Work Vent: Went to a new Credit Card processing company (Harsh words and a long rantinside)

Promised to cut our rates in half. Looked like a reputable company, so said sure.
Well, it has been Hell. First Problem and the main problem was I didn't set the limit high enough. ANything above that limit, they will flag and hold. OK, worked with their Risk Management department to clear up that charge and get limit increased.
Well got the flagged charged through and increased the limit. But, there was another charge that went through before the limit was increased. This was last week. They called me on that one, I sent the info on that charge, figuring it would get cleared up also.
Looking at my daily bank statements, we have had no deposits from Credit Cards since the beginning of the week. Called the company, got a different Cust Serv person than I dealt with on the first one. She was nice. He was a fucking asshole. First told me that he never got the info on the second charge and the WHOLE account was on hold. "Why haven't I been contacted??", I reply. He said we had and I said that was for the second charge and I already contacted you. You should have the info. I was pretty pissed at this time. He puts me on hold, comes back and says yes we got the info in the 2nd charge, however it was wrong..
I was never contacted that it was wrong or the account was on hold. Told him I was pretty upset and thinking of dropping the service. His response, "Go ahead drop it...". And then he hung up on me!
I was floored and done with him. Now have a call into his supervisor.
