Getting a marriage license, and basically when you are stopped and questioned by a cop, if you don't have ID you can be held till your ID is

confirmed, or at least 4 hours?
btw, paying by check doesn't 'require' an ID, its just the store's perogative, IE: its not a legal requirement that you produce the ID, it is the store's decision whether to accept the check or not.
