won't think of....
a friend's business had fire damange when the place next door burned down and there was some cross over, his own adjustor pointed out stuff the ins co completely skipped:
foundation, heat damage is not obvious but is very serious and would cause the walls and floors to fail.
smoke damage is not limited to paint on the walls, ALL the computers and circuit boards in the photo printers were slated to be replaced, this is what causes intermittent electronic problems as the carbon causes noise and outright shorts that might not show up for months or years.
