The first 30mins was tedious and unnecessary. All you had to do was have Norton's character come in because everything was going to be exposed and start to clean up the evidence, killing the black brier agents. Meanwhile, introduce the scientists in the lab who eventually shoots up everyone. Then have Renner's character escape, meeting up with Rachel Weisz and make the movie about them heading to the Philippines to fix him.
The DP was horrible. There were great scenes there but it was horribly shot...but we did get a great few shots of a curved handrail.
At no time did I think Renner was capable of being a super secret agent. There was no tension, no suspense, no danger and no arch.
