it was an accurate observation, fwiw, but doesn't speak to my issues with the specific policy being discussed.

and I get that the end result is to do away with abortion in its entirety. I disagree with it as a matter of priciple, but I get it. However, that does not change the fact that the proposed distinction between different categories of rape essentially seeks to blame the victim in those cases not deemed "legitimate rape", by forcing her to then endure the consequences.
