well, yes, but getting someone at the last minute always proves impossible.

you have to (a) know someone who is free, and (b) they have to have time to go home to get at least running shoes and shorts and then get to our ball diamond before 7pm. in Toronto the odds of someone having that time is pretty much *nil*.
