I don't know numbers but I do know nearly every year there is a top 10 QB that was not there the year before (like Fitzpatrick) but seems that happens

less with the RBs. I mean, there are a lot of new names that fall in the top 25 each year, but seems there are fewer that make it to top 10 on average (yes, I know Foster was one of these). Of course, I could be totally wrong.
