what's nice is that once you forward it, TripIt does a nice job of knowing what it is that's important, times, addresses, etc. They give you map links to your destinations for example. It's all pretty hands off.
Occasionally, it gets confused by an email and won't process it but the manual process isn't that bad, I just did it.
