One of the coolest things that ever happened in my life is that we accidentally walked into Notre Dame during a Sunday service.

We'd spent the whole weekend sight-seeing and due to the extreme time difference, we were wholly unaware of what the day was. We just happened to enter the facility around 6 PM local time. I accidentally tithed about $200 because I was so excited.
