this happened directly in front of my house. i heard the crash that happened right before which made me get up and look out the window just in time to see her PLOW into this parked car.

when she *eventually* (like 20 minutes later after a long conversation with the cops) got out of her car, she was so drunk she was weaving.

also, she had a dog in the car that jumped out and ran when she stopped. people tried to catch the dog but couldn't. so, that also sucks.

she's lucky she didn't run into oncoming traffic head on (it's a major busy street).
