Have you seen the commercials for the Buffalo lawyer that says "sometimes good people make mistakes" about drunk driving?....

I so want to yell at him for being the lawyer that people hate.
Drunk driving is one of those stupid totally preventable things that can seriously harm people and he makes it sound like its a small mistake.
