it's rough, for sure.

it is especially draining as she is saying she is coming (she lives in Virginia Beach, there is NO WAY she can make that trip at this point), and making song requests and trying to plan a brunch for the next day for her extended family, etc etc. And everyone knows it's not going to happen. But we have to act like it will.

We had a big talk about what will happen if she passes away *right* at the time of the wedding and he wants to just go through with it. so. that's the plan.
