Especially not with the intention of landing a WR. There is not a WR I would trade Newton for. Newton is probably 4th among QBs at the moment. WR is pretty deep. Keep McCoy and Newton, then fill out with mostly RB/WR depth. Pick 21 isn't enough for Newton.
Also, it better suits you o find a nice WR late, which can be done, as it seems the keeper cost is tied to round drafted.
