(Jennifer Connelly, Ed Harris, Emma Roberts, Harrison Gilbertson, Amy Madigan, Carrie Preston, Toby Jones) - As he campaigns for state senator, Dick Tipton's (Ed Harris) career and personal life begin to careen out of control when his daughter (Emma Roberts) starts dating the son of Virginia (Jennifer Connelly), an emotionally disturbed woman he knows quite well -- perhaps a little too well. Dustin Lance Black writes and directs this drama that co-stars Amy Madigan as Tipton's wife, along with Yeardley Smith, Carrie Preston and Toby Jones.
