The Kit-Kats are chunky, not the peanut butter.

It's something the US doesn't have. Basically, one larger Kit-Kat instead of the 4 small, connected Kit-Kats they make for the States.
They also have numerous flavors for those, which they only do in the US on rare occasions. They need to bring back the orange creme ones they had a few years ago (the flavored ones, not the ones just colored orange).
