Any DC area STers know whether or not 3351 Stephenson Pl NW is in a good area of town or not?

I had to fed-ex a pkg there with no signature required (so it was left outside) and I'm wondering if there's a good chance the box will still be there when the recipient gets home.

I googled mapped it and the place looks cute, but that doesn't really mean anything.
