Dude...that query's all about Sched nonsense. Nobody can work with that mess! :)

It seems like your Where is ok...what I'm thinking is you'd need something in your select for new appts (I'm not a Sched guy, so I know less than nothing about Sched table.columns)...but if you can just select future appointments(visit types) or whatever...then throw it in excel and sort it out...delete anyone that has a follow up and give them the rest.
And while that all sounds good and well...I'm not sure what the hell column you would use or if it's even possible.
As I'm thinking about it...I don't know how you'd pull in subsequent appointments for a patient. You don't by any change have the IDX Reporter do you?
