I think my problem is the Having Clause. I need it to include something about excluding not just the date but the types of visits and statuses that I'm looking at *after* 7/31/12. Right now it's giving me patients not seen after that date *with* NEW arrived. Pending FOL for example is sneaking into the results.
My last resort is, as you mention, to scrub this through Excel but I'd like to find a way to do it cleanly in DBMS.
I do not have this...IDX Reporter you mention...what is this?
