What other reality shows should I be watching? My guidelines are simple -- I don't want fake people making fake drama

I like shows that involve features like talented people doing talented things (Face/Off), things that have some cool stuff you don't see (Auction Hunters) or things that have a tangible payoff (Bar Rescue).

Not counting Storage Wars....and the 3 above, what could be worth seeing?
