it was a study linked here back when that looked all a couple years worth of cop shots, they hit only 25% of the time

this was why it was suggested that patrons of the CO theatre probably couldn't have done shit in the dark with a body suited gunman.
the saddest part ofo the study...something like a dozen? "hits" were cop suicides counted because it was one shot by a cop that hit the target.
