You should like that Hillis is there.

That great year (100+ yards fro scrimmage) Charles had two seasons ago, he didn't lead the team in carries. Thomas Jones had 245 to his 230.

Almost a decade ago, Jamal Lewis tore his ACL. He was the beginning of the end for the rule of avoiding RBs coming off that surgery. The year before he had 1364 rushing yards. The year after (and he had torn his other ACL in college) he had 1327 on one less carry. The following year he went for over 2000. Peterson tore his late last year and may be ready for the start of this season. The injury isn't as devastating as it once was.

Spleen injuries are the big concern.
