I would put him 3rd at RB. In a 2 QB league or a league with 6 points for all TDs, or with weird QB-favoring rules like one crazy league that has been discussed here, I might take any of the top 3 QBs over him.

And some crazy people argue the relative safety of a top QB over a top RB.
