What question are they giving you where you have to answer that your work load is being taken away?

It sounds like you are giving WAY more info than you need to.
"So, tru, why are you looking to leave your current employer?"
"I finished my CPA accreditation and feel it is time to explore the new opportunities it has opened up for me."
"Are there no opportunities at your current work?"
"It's a small, family owned firm with no room for advancement. I love the work, but know I can do more."
