bring to them. If you whine about your boss, the working conditions, the shrinking work load, then they are going to see you as someone who will whine about the work *they* give you.
Your boss sucks, the environment in the office sucks. But your new employer WILL NOT CARE. There is no way you can discuss it that will make them care. So don't discuss it.
Everything must be about *you* and what you are capable of. Not that your current boss doesn't appreciate you.

There is NO lie in saying you can do more than your current job allows for. Why your current job doesn't allow for it is simple to answer: "It's a small firm with no potential for ME to grow and use my new abilities."
Focus on making your new employer want *you*, not want to *rescue* you.
