ST does need one. There seems to be little interest, though.

I tried one 2 years ago, never got enough interest. spamlet tried this year, and maybe last year as well, and I don't think he got enough interest.
I had hoped that ML changing the baseball league to auction, and the favorable reaction to that, would have spurred interest. That didn't happen.
